More than sixty years ago, Visa began as Bank Americard, a local experiment in Fresno, California. It wasn’t just a new way to pay — it was a new network model, connecting banks, merchants, and consumers into a shared system. Over decades, Visa evolved from plastic cards to a global digital payments powerhouse, moving trillions of dollars a year across nearly every country and currency. What made Visa enduring wasn’t the card itself, but the network infrastructure — reliable, interoperable, and trusted enough to become the invisible plumbing of global commerce.
Now, a similar opportunity is emerging — but this time, the participants in the network won’t just be people and businesses. They will be AI agents, operating on crypto rails.
The name AIsa comes from blending AI and Visa — a deliberate signal of the team’s belief that crypto rails will be the foundation of payment networks in the age of AI.
We are entering a world where AI agents act autonomously, making decisions, consuming services, and even transacting on behalf of their users. The infrastructure that underpins these interactions will define the scale, efficiency, and fairness of the agent economy. In this future, payment is not an afterthought — it’s a core protocol layer.
The payment systems we have today — from Stripe to traditional card networks — were designed for a human-first internet. They are excellent at enabling credit card purchases for physical goods or SaaS subscriptions. But the AI era will demand payment rails that are:
Native to autonomous agents — designed for machine-to-machine transactions without human friction.
Capable of micropayments at scale — per access, per field, per token, per response.
Interoperable across blockchains — not locked into a single chain or ecosystem.
Programmable and scenario-specific — tailored for new agent-driven business models

What if AI agents could pay content owners directly — with no scraping, no bypassing — enabling full control and monetization for creators, APIs, and data sources?
This is where crypto rails shine: borderless, programmable, trust-minimized. But the missing piece is a solutions-layer company — one that bridges the complexity of blockchain with the usability and reliability required by developers and enterprises. AIsa is building exactly that.
AIsa is not simply a “crypto payments” product with AI marketing. It’s AI-native payments — purpose-built for agent-to-agent and agent-to-human transactions.
Key differentiators:
Micropayment-first architecture — enabling economic models that were impractical before.
Agent-specific features — each AI agent can have tailored payment capabilities, permissions, and rate limits.
Multi-chain support — integrating across ecosystems to maximize reach and flexibility.
We are excited to see AIsa giving a programmable wallet to AI agents — more importantly, we believe there will be new business model emerging from this key infrastructure upgrade.
AIsa is founded by Jordan and Jason, who bring deep experience in both AI, payment and crypto. Jordan is a three-time founder with two successful exits under his belt, while Jason was the driving force behind the recommendation algorithm at one of the world’s largest social networking platforms.
